Black Volleyball Circuit LLC (“BVC”) provides recruiting education and consulting services only. We are not a college/University, athletic department, or recruiting service acting on behalf of any NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA institution. BVC is not a player agent and does not represent athletes or schools in negotiations. Any guidance we provide is educational and should not be considered legal, financial, or tax advice.
No Guarantees. BVC does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, admissions outcomes, campus visits, or coach responses. Coach introductions, calls, and evaluations occur only when coaches opt in and subject to their availability and recruiting calendars.
Compliance. BVC operates within NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA and state high-school rules. We do not initiate communication during quiet/dead periods and we do not speak on behalf of any program. Families/athletes are responsible for their own compliance, including Eligibility Center registrations, academic records, standardized tests, and truthful disclosures.
Communications. With the athlete/family’s consent, BVC may draft messages and coordinate outreach; emails are sent from the athlete/family’s accounts. We do not impersonate athletes or coaches.
Video & Media. With your consent, you grant BVC permission to use your name, image, likeness, and submitted video clips for recruiting materials and BVC social features used to promote the athlete to college coaches. You may withdraw media consent at any time by emailing us; withdrawal won’t affect uses already completed.
Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information, statistics, transcripts, test scores, and links you provide. BVC may rely on your submissions without independent verification.
Payments & Refunds. Fees are for time, tools, and deliverables—not outcomes. Except where our written service agreement states otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work begins. If BVC misses a stated deliverable, our remedy is to re-perform or credit comparable service at our discretion.
Privacy. BVC collects only the data needed to deliver recruiting services (e.g., contact info, academic/athletic details, links, video). We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on data use, retention, and your choices.
Minors. Services for athletes under 18 require a parent/guardian’s consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
No Affiliation. NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and school names/logos belong to their owners. BVC has no affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
